Please note that the College will be closed from December 22, 2018 - January 1, 2019 for Winter break. We will be unable to provide you with your Vassar transcript during that time period. All requests received by noon on Tuesday, December 18th will be processed ahead of the Winter break. Please plan your transcript needs accordingly.

Federal law requires that we have a signed written request from you before we can send your transcript. Please send us the following when requesting transcripts:
- Your current name with signature
- Name under which you attended Vassar (if different)
- Complete address where each transcript should be sent
- Student ID number (if known)
- Dates of attendance and graduation or class year
- Your complete address
- Daytime phone number
Please note: We accept faxed requests at (845) 437–7060. We will accept scanned requests as email attachments as long as they include your signature; please send to email@example.com.
Please allow adequate time for processing requests. While most requests are fulfilled within two business days, there are peak times when up to five business days are required. This is especially important during the semester break when the Office is closed for approximately one week between Christmas and New Year's Day. There is no fee for transcript requests.
You may request a PDF version of your transcript but it is not considered official.
We do not send transcripts for students who have an outstanding financial obligation with the College. If you are unsure of your financial status, please contact the Office of Student Financial Services at (845) 437–5245.
